As part of what we aim to achieve at Sirius Skills, we work with employers to assess whether there are any skills gaps that would benefit from additional training opportunities. We look to ensure that businesses are fully competent with the level of care they provide, whether this is within childcare or social care. We are big believers in developing people, which in turn enables the business they are part of to develop as well. Therefore, we always strive to help employers support their employees with additional training.
