I am writing to provide you with feedback on my learning journey. The last couple of months of getting back to doing my level 5 work I was thinking about giving up my level 5 qualification, as I didn’t feel I had the motivation or support to complete it.

I have now found the motivation to complete my level 5 and this is down to Krystina Norton for all the support and help she has given me to get back to completing my level 5. She has been very supportive during these last few months to help me complete my Level 5 work. She has been checking up on me and how I am doing with reviews to help complete my speaking parts of the level 5 qualification and the phone reviews go very well I feel very happy and motivated after them as it is one step closer to completing my qualification. Krystina has helped me to find the motivation to complete my level 5 and I am very grateful as having my level 5 will give me more opportunities in other jobs that involve the level 5 qualification.

I would just like to give some positive feedback for my recent course tutor Krystina.

Krystina has been supporting me with the last few units of my CCLD Level 5 over the past few months. I originally signed up and started the course in March 2018, but after a short illness my partner passed away and I found that I couldn’t focus on the course for some time. I lost my motivation to complete it and was dragging my feet at every opportunity.

I have had a number of tutors since then and while they offered encouragement and support, they have not pushed me as much as Krystina has. She made me realise that the end was in sight and that I was able to put my mind to it, focus and complete the course. She has kept me thinking positive and offered me support, even through the current issues with Covid-19. She has also made me realise that I actually have a vast amount of knowledge through my experiences in work and has enabled me to use this to complete the units quite quickly.

I feel that Krystina is an excellent tutor who has a natural ability to communicate well with people. She is a credit to Sirius Skills as a company.

I have just completed my level 3 Health and Social Care, I have had a few assessors during the course of my level 2 and 3 qualifications but Becky went above and beyond, always helpful and patient with me. I have to say that we have had many staff complete NVQ’s (work based training) over the years, and every time there would be a change in tutor and they would disappear for a while and not be consistent with their visits and providing new course work to complete, plus work would go missing.
